No idea what to do with leftover chicken, turkey or roasted pork? Make some sandwiches! Honestly, these sandwiches are the easiest way to use up leftover meat.   In Honduras or El Salvador, people like to use raw shredded cabbage in place of lettuce to give these sandwiches a crunchy kick. And as for the dressing, a bit of mayo, mustard and ketchup make up the tastiest sandwich spread.

To add just a little bit of flavor to the already sweet cabbage, just add a little bit of apple cider vinegar (pineapple vinegar is even better) dried oregano, a pinch of salt, pepper and ground cumin. That’s it! Buen Provecho!!
