Spanish Bellinis for this weekend’s Brunch!
Move over mimosas there’s a new sheriff in town. This easy to make, Cava Bellini is going to make you the queen (or king) of brunch. Cava, a delicious Spanish wine is the only sparkling wine produced in the champenoise traditional method. Cava is a great way to satisfy your champagne taste. In this recipe we pair the Cava with plum wine, a Japanese liqueur that lends just a hint of sweetness.
Wow your friends and family at your next gathering by setting up a fun DIY bar. Simply lay out an array of berries for your guests to chose from, allowing them to make this cavalicious cocktail their own.
