There is nothing that says tropical vacation better than the classic Pina Colada. Straying from the traditional, calorie-packed version of the national beverage of Puerto Rico, this recipe stays loaded with flavor and low on the calories.

#2. Low-Fat Piña Colada

Swap out coconut cream with coconut water and you’ve cut the fat in half. And if you remove the rum completely, and well, you’ll slice the calories completely by 50 percent.

Ingredients

  • 1 jigger white rum (1.5 oz.; 3 Tablespoons)
  • 5 Tablespoons coconut water
  • 4 Tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 Cup ice

Instructions

Put ingredients in blender and blend until slushy. If you want a non-frozen version, put ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
